<p><span> 区委书记徐利水和副区长袁万松带队来到柯城东港工业园，深入部分工业企业，实地查看企业生产环境及环保设备运行情况，并查阅设备检测记录，要求企业严格落实环境保护责任，加强生产管理，加大技改力度，做到清洁生产。检查期间，徐利水反复叮嘱各企业主，要始终绷紧环境保护这根弦，牢牢守住环境保护底线，强化企业环保主体责任，严格执行有关环保标准，让生产过程更加生态、绿色；各有关单位要加强监管，对环保问题保持“露头就打”的高压态势，一旦发现问题迅速进行调查整治，坚决关停淘汰重污染落后产能，推动企业加快转型升级。</span> </p>
<p><span> 区委副书记、区长方庆建和区委常委、常务副区长叶征宇先后前往航埠工业功能区，详细了解园区污水处理、粉尘排放设施、污染源在线监测系统运行情况，并深入部分企业开展检查。方庆建强调，各级各部门要认清形势，强化责任担当，严格落实环境保护党政同责、一岗双责、严肃问责等工作机制，真正做到守土有责、守土负责。各企业要主动承担社会责任、环保责任，以环保督察为契机，找准补齐企业环保工作各项短板，以中央、省级环保标准倒逼企业转型升级，优化产品附加值，提升企业经济效益。</span> </p>
<p><span> 区委副书记、政法委书记姜良米一行先后走访了石梁镇、九华乡、万田乡的部分水库、溪流和渠道。他指出，要完善监督机制、加强动态监管，严格落实好河长制，及时清理水中垃圾和漂浮物，推动治水工作常态化长效化，巩固“五水共治”成果。</span> </p>
<p><span> 副区长陈雪良也带队来到石室乡部分生态养殖园区，现场检查养殖场废水排放、雨污分离、沼气池使用等情况。</span></p>
