<p><span> 方庆建指出，安全生产永远在路上，各级各部门要始终把安全生产工作牢记在心、紧抓在手； 要严格落实好安全生产工作要求，压紧压实属地管理、行业监管、企业主体“三个责任”； 要认真贯彻落实中央、省里 《关于推进安全生产领域改革发展的实施意见》，加快安全生产领域改革发展； 要建立健全区安委会“1+X”责任体系，严格落实企业责任，更严更细更实地开展安全生产大检查大整治。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建强调，各级各部门要把迎接中央环保督察作为对全区环境保护的一次“把脉问诊”，进一步统一思想，切实增强接受和配合好中央环保督察的自觉性、主动性，按照属地职责、管理职责全面查找问题差距，加快补齐问题短板，全力做好督察迎检各项工作。要以“钉钉子”精神紧抓涉及生态底线、群众关注、上级督办等问题的查改，对于交办问题，要明确整改目标、整改时限和责任单位，坚决做到“日清日结”。针对工作不力的情况，纪检部门要严肃追究问责。要力求管控措施更有实效，紧抓任务督办、责任落实、企业整治等工作。全区上下要以高度的责任心和使命感做细做实各项具体工作，确保给中央环保督察组交上一份满意的答卷。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会上，副区长袁万松就做好安全生产和迎接中央环保督察工作提出具体要求。区安监局通报了1-7月份全区安全生产形势和安全生产大检查开展情况，并部署下半年重点工作。柯城环保分局传达了省、市迎接中央环境保护督察工作协调联络组会议精神。</span></p>
