<p><span> 在九华乡上童村十坞塘的百亩水田中，一部分田地已经种上了连片绿油油的晚稻，另一部分田地正在进行紧张忙碌的翻耕作业。方庆建仔细查看晚稻的长势，再三叮嘱项目施工方抓紧时间，争取本月完成水田平整及晚稻种植工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> 在万田乡荷塘村、坞石村，方庆建一行听取了该乡负责人对土地整治项目的介绍。方庆建强调，要发扬集中攻坚精神，倒排时间，落实责任，确保荷塘村垦造水田项目早日通过市、区两级验收，坞石村项目早日完成前期政策处理和路渠设计工作。在姜家山乡前昏村，方庆建要求该乡加快施工进度，力争于本月底通过区级验收。在航埠镇万川村，方庆建详细了解了该村垦造耕地项目情况。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建指出，土地整治工作事关全区经济社会发展，各乡镇、部门要充分发挥政策的导向作用，让社会投资主体、农业开发主体充分享受政策激励效应，加快推进土地整治工作。乡镇既是土地整治工作的承担者，更是受益者，要发挥监管主体作用，抓住黄金施工期，倒排施工计划，加强对施工单位、监理单位的督查力度。要进一步加大宣传力度，争取群众更大支持，让农民群众就近享有更多的就业创业机会。</span></p>
