<p><span> 为持续深入助推“五水共治”工作，区政协将其列为今年专项民主监督的一项重要内容，紧紧围绕区委决策部署，发挥政协联系广泛的优势，不断深化“五水共治”专项集体民主监督，多次组织政协委员参与监督视察。前段时间，区政协领导还分别带队组成五个监督小组，对全区各乡镇（街道）、东港柯城工业园和双西港片区开展了明查暗访活动。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐连土强调，剿灭劣V类水工作是省委省政府为深化“五水共治”工作作出的重大决策部署，也是市委市政府交办的重点工作，柯城区有义务有责任把这项工作抓紧抓实抓出成效。要肯定成绩，坚定信心，落实问题导向，广泛发动委员聚焦问题小微水体，不断发现问题、反映问题、整改问题，推动全区上下协同剿灭V类水。要再接再厉，确保完成省市区各级党委政府交办的目标任务，同时注意在治水剿劣过程中处理好治水和考核、治水工作和生产生活的关系，让治水成果惠及更多百姓。要以强烈的责任感和使命感，科学、高效地推进“五水共治”民主监督，助推我区治水工作取得更大成效。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会上，陈雪良就做好剿灭V类水工作对有关部门提出要求。与会人员围绕“河长制”落实、问题小微水体监管、巡查保洁和长效机制建设等方面积极建言献策。区农办、环保分局、水利局、双港街道、航埠镇和万田乡等单位负责人与政协各监督小组就进一步巩固剿灭V类水工作进行协商交流，并提出对策建议。</span></p>
