<p><span> 方庆建首先来到九华大荫山丛林穿越探险乐园，实地察看森林消防和护林员巡护情况。他指出，近期持续晴热高温天气，森林火险气象等级较高，森林防火形势十分严峻。要充分发挥村干部、护林员、巡逻员等一线堡垒作用，加大巡查密度，坚持“预防为主”，科学设置消防安全标识标牌，引导游客文明游览。</span> </p>
<p><span> 在石梁镇童前村，方庆建为坚守岗位的森林消防应急分队队员送上了防暑清凉慰问用品，对大家的辛勤付出表示敬意和感谢。方庆建指出，要牢固树立森林防火意识，严格落实各项防范措施，按要求配备安全防护装备和扑火机具，认真开展扑火技战术、安全避险培训和体能训练，打造一支拉得出、打得赢的森林消防队伍。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建还来到石梁镇森林消防器材库，详细了解防火物资储备、器械管理等情况。在随后召开的座谈会上，方庆建认真听取了森林防火工作情况汇报，并就下步森林防火工作提出要求。方庆建强调，要进一步落实森林防火责任制，牢牢守住发展和生态两条底线，切实增强忧患意识、责任意识、底线意识，做到森林防火警钟长鸣。要进一步夯实基层基础，严格落实乡（镇）、村两级主体责任，充分发挥森林消防队伍一线堡垒作用，做到工作早部署、措施早落实、隐患早消除。要进一步加强森林消防安全知识宣传，提高群众森林消防安全意识，引导群众自觉摒弃不良习俗，倡导文明祭祀，确保全区森林资源和人民生命财产安全。</span></p>
