<p><span> 徐利水对全区D级危房治危解危工作进展情况和“光伏强村”项目、正泰新能源衢州160MW光伏生态公园项目顺利并网发电表示肯定。他指出，7月份开始进入下半年干事创业黄金期，各级各部门要做好充分准备，在抢抓时机谋发展的同时，坚决守住维稳底线，营造和谐稳定的社会环境。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水强调，要持续攻坚“六大专项行动”，把治危解危作为当前头等大事，以对人民群众高度负责的态度，平稳高效推进解危工作；要全面推进赤膊墙整治，力争年底前彻底消灭存量赤膊墙；要加强对V 类水问题点的巡查和监管，确保污染不反弹，水体质量持续改善；要持续加快项目征迁和项目推进，加大老旧小区改造、棚户区改造、专业市场城改造提升等一批城市改造项目推进力度，加快实施“一县一带”、中澳柑橘风情园等一批重点农业项目、民宿项目和历史文化古村落保护性开发项目，盯紧沿江公路、通景公路、航埠低碳小镇和各地小城镇综合整治等基础性项目的建设进度。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水要求，大力推进森林运动小镇、国家橘子公园、田园综合体等一批创建类工作和基层治理体系“四个平台”建设、农村“三位一体”改革、绿色金融改革等一批改革类工作，加快全国农民画大赛等重大活动的谋划策划、提炼提升。要高度重视市区管理体制改革，配合做好市级有关部门交办的各项工作。要加快推进一批签约项目落地开工，及时解决签约项目落地难问题。要时刻绷紧维稳这根弦，严格落实属地管理责任，突出抓好积案化解等基础性工作，真正把矛盾问题化解在基层，解决在萌芽状态。</span> </p>
<p><span> 其他与会领导汇报了各线重点工作和下步工作计划，并围绕当前工作推进中遇到的困难和问题提出对策和建议。</span></p>
