<p><span> 据悉，“96345”是全省党员志愿服务统一品牌。为推进“两学一做”常态化制度化，我区将每年6月的最后一周定为全区的党员志愿服务周。在建党96周年即将来临之际，今年服务周以“红色总动员 创文先锋行 奔跑衢时代”为主题，由府山街道承办主会场活动，其他乡镇（街道）根据服务周的十大服务项目和特色服务项目，设分会场开展系列党员志愿服务活动。</span> </p>
<p><span> 区委副书记余龙华在启动仪式上致辞。他说，柯城区一直以来都是志愿服务的汇集地、“最美”现象的涌现区，也是文明城市创建的主战场。作为志愿服务和文明城市创建工作的重要力量，党员志愿者要充分发挥作用，引领志愿服务风尚，紧扣中心大局服务，弘扬志愿精神服务，汇聚资源力量服务，把党员志愿服务打造成我区基层党建和基层治理的特色金名片。</span> </p>
<p><span> 仪式上，党员志愿者代表叶兰花向广大党员志愿者发出倡议：带头先行，争当志愿服务“示范者”；身体力行，争当志愿服务“践行者”；携手同行，争当志愿服务“普及者”。</span> </p>
<p><span> 红色地标赛，快闪秀，与“文明”同框，劝导垃圾分类、文明出行……启动仪式结束后，2000余名身着红马甲的党员志愿者，前往上街两侧及包干区开展文明创建志愿服务，成为一道靓丽的风景线。</span></p>
