<p><span> 据悉，此次执法检查主要围绕“一法一条例”颁布实施以来，特别是近5年的贯彻执行情况及动物防疫体系建设情况展开。重点内容包括：依法开展动物防疫工作情况；依法建立健全动物防疫体系情况；依法对违反动物防疫法律法规行为的处理情况。</span> </p>
<p><span> 走进沟溪乡翁富畜禽养殖场，干净整洁的标准化猪舍掩映在绿树丛中。据介绍，该养殖场在“种养结合、生态循环”的理念支持下，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益，先后获得2015年度“衢州市十大种养模式”、2016年度“浙江省省级美丽生态牧场”等称号。“你们防疫这块是怎么做的？”“有多少兽医？”袁荣祥一行同养殖场负责人进行深入交流，详细了解动物防疫开展、美丽牧场建设等有关情况。</span> </p>
<p><span> 袁荣祥一行还来到衢州市不老神家禽定点屠宰场，详细了解我区动物监督机构规范化建设、动物防疫体系建设、相关档案台账保存、规模养殖场防疫流程和病死动物无害化处理流程等情况，倾听基层人员在贯彻执行“一法一条例”过程中遇到的问题和建议。</span> </p>
<p><span> 近年来，我区牢牢守住“不发生重大动物疫情、不发生畜产品安全事故、不发生流域性漂浮死猪事件、不发生重大养殖污染事故”四条底线，动物防疫工作取得了较好成绩，畜牧业健康有序发展，2016年被评为“全省动物防疫和畜产品安全先进”。检查组对我区“一法一条例”执行工作表示肯定。就下一步工作，袁荣祥指出，要进一步做好动物防疫体系建设，提升养殖主体防疫意识，加强防疫队伍建设，切实加强检查监管力度，确保畜牧业健康发展。</span></p>
