<p><span> 徐连土强调，贯彻好省第十四次党代会精神是全区政治生活中的一件大事，也</span><span>是全区广大政协委员和政协各参加单位的重大政治责任。学习贯彻党代会精神，要与实际工作相结合、与推进全年重点工作相结合、与委员队伍和政协机关队伍建设相结合。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会议就开展“聚焦两创强区，提振实体经济”常委会协商主题调研进行了安排部署。根据调研安排，各课题小组将围绕推进“两创强区”工作现状、存在问题、发展制约因素等进行认真调查，融合产业培育、环境整治、人文挖掘等各类发展元素，深入剖析、提炼、借鉴各地成功经验和创新做法，提出具有前瞻性、针对性和可操作性的对策建议。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐连土强调，加快“两创强区”建设是事关我区发展全局的重大任务。区政协各参加单位及各配合职能部门要提高认识，深刻理解“聚焦两创强区，提振实体经济”常委会协商主题调研的重要意义，把本次调研作为今年的重要任务，摆上工作日程，切实抓紧抓好抓实。要力求实效，努力提高建言献策质量和水平，把助力“园中园”建设作为“聚焦两创强区，提振实体经济”的重要切入点、突破口和主抓手，争取提出高质量、高水平的意见建议。要加强联动，形成广泛参与调研的合力，确保调研取得实效。</span></p>
