<p><span> 强降雨期间，最让人担心的是危房户的安危。对此，全区各乡镇（街道）、村（居）干部积极组织开展“治危解危”行动，紧盯城乡危旧房和地质灾害点，帮助、引导相关群众尽快完成腾空搬离，远离安全隐患。其中，石梁镇由镇长牵头联合国土、规划、驻村干部组成工作小组，对全镇261幢D 级危房开展密集的排查撤离工作。驻村干部和村干部放弃周末休假，进村入户发放撤离通知，张贴警示标识，入户“多对一”普及避险知识，劝离涉危群众，并将无人居住的危房贴上封条，及时进行回头看，避免撤离群众又回到危房中生活。衢化街道提早谋划，自今年2月开始便积极推进 D级危房腾空解危工作，文昌、昌苑两个社区的535户危房户，截至6月12日已解危262户。</span> </p>
<p><span> 据区防汛办统计，我区46座水库库容2948.65万立方米，蓄水库容2325.7万立方米，库容量78.9%，目前水库情况平稳，各乡镇（街道）已加强水库山塘巡查力度。常山港水文站6月13日8时出现水位79.73米（低于82米的警戒水位），衢州站6月13日8时水位59.37米（低于61.2米的警戒水位）。上游长风水利枢纽工程自6月11日18时起开闸泄洪，逐渐增开闸门，增大下泄流量；下游塔底电站橡皮坝6月12日13时开始泄洪，流量逐步增加。6月11日至13日上午，全区累计出动检查人员一千多人次，检查排查山塘水库、小流域山洪灾害易发区、地质灾害隐患点，转移安置群众约200户。</span></p>
