<p><span> 一个窗口只办一个业务、排队时间长，办事材料重复提交，街道社区来回跑……这是基层群众办事经常会遇到的情况。荷花街道便民服务平台全力解决服务群众“最后一公里”问题，改变原先各窗口业务分散、服务单一的现状，实现“综合窗口受理、分类审核办理、统一窗口出件”的服务新模式，变“分散”为“集中”、变“单一”为“综合”、变“模糊”为“清晰”、变“他”跑为“我”跑，努力实现服务群众“环节最少、程序最简、时间最短、服务最好、效率最高”的要求。</span> </p>
<p><span> 便民服务平台的提档升级，是荷花街道推进“最多跑一次”改革和“四个平台”建设的一个缩影。</span> </p>
<p><span> 今年3月底，荷花街道建立“四个平台”（综治工作平台、市场监管平台、综合执法平台和便民服务平台）统筹协调指挥中心，以全科网格建设为抓手推进“四个平台”建设。该街道依托各社区(村)换届工作，在“实数街道”建设的基础上对辖区户情、民情、街巷情、企事业单位等进行再次排摸。经排摸，全街道共有住户29361户，省市区级机关、学校、事业单位100余家，私营企业1200家，个体工商户3337家，按300-500户一网格的要求重新划分，共分65个网格。按“一长三员”配备要求，街道共聘任网格长65人，网格指导员24人，专职网格员65人，兼职网格员200人，并组织相关人员开展综合指挥室、“四个平台”相关软件操作培训。该街道还在网格区域内设置了全科公示牌，居民有事，可直接找到所处管理片区的网格员帮忙解决问题，网格员会第一时间上报到综合指挥室。</span> </p>
<p><span> 荷花街道“四个平台”相关负责人介绍，下一步，该街道将重新规划四个平台办公场所，把“四个平台”与综合信息指挥室下移整合到同一个区域，便于协调、流转交办。同时，依托365兰花热线工作室、荷花党群服务中心、志愿者家园等现有资源，创建新的服务载体，为“四个平台”注入新的血液，打造一个幸福和谐的荷花大家庭。</span></p>
