<p><span> 除了降低费率，区就业局还积极推进企业稳岗补贴工作，对采取有效措施不裁员、少裁员、稳定就业的企业，由失业保险基金给予稳定岗位补贴，补贴标准为该企业及其职工申请补贴年度实际缴纳失业保险费总额的50%。近两年，我区已为193家企业补贴资金300余万元，为企业送去实实在在的福利。</span> </p>
<p><span> 区就业局近年来重点建设的人力资源产业园项目也于今年投入使用。柯城区人力资源产业园使用面积4000余平米，是集人才招聘、人才培养、企业孵化等为一体的综合性产业园。产业园为企业提供免费招聘服务，可同时容纳60余家企业招聘。每个招聘摊位均配备桌椅、电脑和液晶显示屏，企业招聘简章通过系统导入可直接显示在大屏幕上，相比传统的PT 板展示更加绿色环保，也提高了招聘求职效率。据统计，今年该园已举办常规招聘会4期，为155家企业输送人才200余名。</span></p>
