<p><span> 拆违治乱是“两美”建设的基础工程，而万田乡、姜家山乡紧邻西区，更是衢州主城区向西拓展的重点区块。连日来，万田乡、姜家山乡组织拆违力量，在万九线、航河线连片拆违治乱。目前，万九线万田段沿线共排查出违建200多宗，已经拆除100多宗，面积约2.5万平方米；航河线姜家山段沿线排查出重点违建厂房8宗10000余平米，已基本腾空。</span> </p>
<p><span> “这幢是不是违建？”“路边广告牌要抓紧清理。”“沿路围墙要统一整治提升。”……在万九线万田段，徐利水带领执法、督考等部门负责人，沿路排查违章建筑和“脏乱差”现象，一发现问题马上进行交办。当天，万田乡拆违队正在沿线连片拆违治乱，挖机、运输车辆在各拆违点协同作业，部分违建已被拆除完毕等待清运，有的则在有序腾空。徐利水来到拆违现场，查看违建拆除情况，了解沿线拆违进度，并叮嘱当地干部要组织专业人员安全平稳地实施拆违。</span> </p>
<p><span> 在航河线柴家村段，徐利水走进多个违建厂房，查看拆违进度，并了解违建户诉求。姜家山乡是我区柑橘贩销大乡，需要较大体量的加工厂房储存柑橘。徐利水要求相关部门合理引导贩销户入驻柑橘出口产业园，同时就近选取合适场地集中整规部分厂房，切实解决实际需求。听说该乡提出了“大干一个月 基本无违建”的目标，徐利水给予充分肯定，并鼓励乡村干部保持良好势头，加大攻坚力度，继续强势推进拆违治乱工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水强调，各乡镇（街道）要提高站位，未雨绸缪，把拆违治乱工作与西区开发、杭衢高铁等重大项目推进相结合，拆出发展空间，改出幸福家园，治出美丽乡村，以崭新面貌迎接“衢时代”的到来。要聚力攻坚，消除存量，严控增量，彻底清除违法建筑。要坚持原则，强力推进，坚决打击拆违过程中可能出现的歪风邪气。要敲响拆违治乱安全警钟，加强安全教育，规范操作流程，巧用、多用工程机械进场拆违，确保拆违平稳有序推进。</span></p>
