<p><span> 方庆建一行先后来到石室乡童家自然村、华墅乡三官岭村和航埠镇西果源周家山自然村等地，实地踏勘安全隐患点及周边的地形地貌，详细了解安全隐患点情况，指导推进地质灾害隐患综合治理“除险安居”工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> “土方量有多少？”“一共有几处地质灾害点？”……在华墅乡三官岭村，方庆建边走边看，不时向当地乡村干部了解“除险安居”工作进度，要求把握时间节点，倒排计划、争分夺秒，全力加快推进地质灾害隐患综合治理工程。</span> </p>
<p><span> 在航埠镇西果源周家山自然村，方庆建一路走村入户，问群众需求，听村民意见，询避让搬迁情况。“安全始终是第一位的。”走进农户赖某家中，方庆建再三嘱咐他尽快撤离房屋进行避险，并叮嘱当地干部要抓紧动员相关农户搬离地质灾害隐患点，确保群众生命财产安全。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建指出，随着雨季的来临,地质灾害进入高发季节，做好地质灾害隐患综合治理刻不容缓。加强地质灾害隐患综合治理事关群众生命财产安全，相关乡镇（街道）、部门要进一步压紧压实责任，牢牢守住安全底线，加快推进地质灾害隐患综合治理和危险区群众的撤离搬迁工作。要按照“应搬尽搬、搬治结合，点面结合、统筹兼顾，长短结合、长效管理”的思路，全面无盲区、无死角地消除地质灾害隐患。对涉及避让搬迁的，要广泛动员农户及时搬离隐患点，确保危险区群众在6月20日前撤离并签订搬迁协议。对治理技术可行、经济合理、风险可控的隐患点，要分批推进工程治理项目，确保分类治理到位。同时，要加强汛期地质灾害防治，做好巡查排查、监测预警、避灾除险等工作，切实防御强降水引发的山体滑坡等地质灾害，确保人民群众安全度汛。</span></p>
