<p><span> 与陈某违建同步拆除的，还有位于姜家山村航河线沿线、被用于农家乐经营的一处违章厂房。此二层砖混结构厂房占地面积达430余平米，由经营户朱某于2011年4月擅自搭建，原本用于柑橘加工，如今用于商业经营。乡、村干部连续多日耐心向朱某讲解“三改一拆”政策，并发动其亲戚、好友做通了朱某夫妇的思想工作。6月1日，朱某在自拆承诺书上签字。6月2日至4日，乡、村干部与朱某夫妇一起将违章厂房腾空。目前该违建正在拆除中。</span> </p>
<p><span> 自5月中旬姜家山乡启动拆违治乱誓师大会以来，该乡积极发动村两委干部带头自拆违建。“我们已经和航河线沿线8户农户签订了自拆承诺书，共计面积达10000余平米，涉及姜家山村、柴陈村等。接下来，我们将沿航河线依法推进拆违工作，并由重要道路沿线向全乡覆盖，为姜家山创建 ‘基本无违建乡’打下基础。”姜家山乡“三改一拆”分管领导相告。</span></p>
