<p><span> 会上，徐利水对“大干三个月、干成六件事”等重点工作推进情况给予肯定，并就做好下步工作提出要求。他指出，经过大家的共同努力，“大干三个月、干成六件事”集中攻坚行动基本达到了预期目标，其中沿路沿线可视范围内的赤膊墙基本完成整治，拆违势头良好，“一村万树”成效明显，垃圾分类工作通过兑换超市平台和厨余垃圾收集处理等行之有效的举措，初步实现垃圾资源化、减量化、无害化处理，剿灭V类水工作已有13个乡镇（街道）通过验收，大荫山森林穿越项目基本具备运营条件。同时，全区主要经济指标增长较好，村社换届选举总体平稳，平安维稳工作扎实有效。但也存在一些问题，比如重大项目进度仍然滞后，“五四三”等重点工作在全市排名靠后，后续重大项目储备、谋划工作欠缺，“党建+治理”改革工作亮点不多，需要在下步工作中抓紧推进。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水要求，贯彻党代会精神，确保实现“半年红”。要提高站位，认真学习省第十四次党代会及市党代会、“两会”精神，站在迎接“衢时代”的背景下，把握目标定位，明确工作抓手，根据新要求、新定位、新目标、新举措谋划推进重点项目和重点工作。要深化开展“美丽六件事”，继续推进赤膊墙整治、“三改一拆”、垃圾分类等重点工作。要推进重大项目征迁工作，把项目征迁作为本月重要工作抓手盯紧推进。要加大“党建+治理”改革力度，站在区域治理现代化、构筑基层治理体系的高度推进“最多跑一次”改革和“四个平台”、全科网格建设。要加大纪检巡察力度，保持反腐高压态势，加强案件办理工作。要高度重视维稳工作，注重防范于未然，既要加大重点项目、重点工作推进力度，又要保一方平安。</span> </p>
<p><span> 区委副书记、区长方庆建围绕推进二季度集中开工项目建设、“园中园”建设、危旧房改造整治、小城镇环境综合整治、招商项目签约落地、深化柯城与余杭山海协作、区文化中心运营等方面工作，对区政府各条线进行了分工落实。</span> </p>
<p><span> 其他与会区领导分别就所挂联重点项目进展情况、下步安排及重点工作完成情况作了交流发言。</span></p>
