<p><span> 据悉，万九线万田段沿线整治工作包括万田乡万田村、王家村、炉头村、上蒋村、弈园村五个行政村，涉及沿线违章建筑224宗。整治工作刚启动，乡里就对沿线挨家挨户进行摸排调查，4月中下旬开始，向违建户发放相关的法律文书。5月初，5个行政村的两委、党员干部先行拆除自家违建15宗共计2600余平米。同时，乡政府制定了沿线整治的整体推进方针：以行政村为单位，集中攻坚，分批次由北往南推进。5月下旬，乡政府拆除了第一批违建11宗共计3000余平米。此次开拆的第二批违建体量较大，以仓库、厂房为主，当日拆除面积达5600余平米。</span> </p>
<p><span> 记者在万田村看到，大挖机拆除600余平米违建仓库的同时，小挖机正在拆除旁边另一宗160余平米的小仓库，另外，大仓库北面一宗40余平米的违建车库也正在等待拆除。100余名来自市综合行政执法局柯城分局的执法队员和100余名乡、村干部，则在拆违地块保障拆违平稳有序地进行。</span> </p>
<p><span> 当天拆除的大仓库为万田村农资品经营商人汪某所搭建，大多时候用于存放化肥、农药。这是万九线沿线整治工作启动以来涉及面积最大、遇到阻力最多的一次厂房拆违。针对汪某故意拖延拆除时间的行为，乡政府制定保护性拆除方案，对汪某违建进行依法拆除，以铁腕手段彰显拆违治乱的决心。周边违建户看到这一情景后，纷纷配合，主动自拆。</span> </p>
<p><span> 而违建车库则属该村农户沈某所有，车库圈梁与沈某主房连为一体。经思想教育工作后，沈某主动配合乡政府，将车库屋顶掀除，并以切割机切除钢筋，从而为拆除工作铺平了道路。</span> </p>
<p><span> 当天拆除的违建均紧靠万九线，不仅影响道路交通，而且破坏了沿线景观。“违建一旦被拆除，我们会同步清运拆后的建筑垃圾，并对违建地块进行复垦复绿。”项月明介绍，乡政府希望通过万九线沿线整治，以点带线、以线带面，有序推进整乡拆违治乱工作。</span></p>
