<p><span> 今年区“两会”，区人大代表和政协委员共提出32件议案（其中转为建议30件）、88件建议和129件提案，总数达249件，比去年增加83件。其中，223件交由政府系统承办，占总数的89.6%。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建充分肯定了过去一年的建议提案办理工作，并对2017年工作进行部署。他指出，2017年是新一届政府的开局之年，建议提案凝聚着新一届代表委员的智慧和心血，做好建议提案办理工作意义重大。各承办单位要主动适应新形势、新要求，切实转变工作作风，以高度的政治责任感狠抓工作落实，力争向代表、委员和人民群众交上一份满意的答卷。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建要求，要压实责任，加强协作，推动2017年建议提案办理水平再上新台阶。要聚焦项目抓落实。建议和提案既是金点子，也是项目的来源，必须分类梳理、认真研究，切实以项目化的举措抓好工作落实，抓紧把“金点子”转化为具体实施的项目和工作方案，既要围绕创新转型谋项目，又要围绕“补短板”上项目，还要围绕重点工作推项目。要聚焦服务抓落实。办理工作要讲究优质高效，不仅要坚持问题导向，更要注重结果导向、实绩导向，把问题有没有得到真正解决作为衡量办理质量和水平的重要标准，不断强化效率意识，着力提升按时办结率、面商沟通率和问题解决率。要凝聚合力抓落实。各相关单位要强化组织领导、协调配合和督查督办，务求办理实效。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会议还通报表彰了一批2016年“两会”建议提案办理工作先进单位和先进个人。</span></p>
