<p><span> 方庆建先后来到石梁镇、双港街道和府山街道的宾馆、火锅店、百货店、加油站和网吧等人员密集场所，排查化解安全隐患，督促业主落实安全生产主体责任，全力做好安全生产各项工作。每到一地，方庆建都认真带领检查组查看各人员密集场所出入口是否通畅、消防设施是否完好有效、安全疏散通道是否堵塞、电梯是否定期进行检测维护、安全生产应急预案是否合理有效等。针对检查中发现的问题，方庆建当场要求各单位立即进行整改，切实把各项安全防范措施做细做实，并叮嘱相关乡镇（街道）及时做好整改问题的回访检查。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建强调，安全生产的大量工作体现在日常生产的各个环节，做好安全生产管理，关键要坚持做到时时抓紧，常抓不懈。要通过集中查和时刻抓，做好问题的整改和回访检查，确保每一个隐患都能够得到彻底根除，形成现场检查、督促整改、回访检查的闭合循环和环环相扣的安全责任链条，最大限度地根除安全隐患，筑牢安全生产根基。</span> </p>
<p><span> 当天上午，区委常委、常务副区长叶征宇，副区长毛志宏、林静也分别带队前往全区人员密集场所，开展消防安全、燃气行业安全生产和食品安全专项检查。</span></p>
