<p><span> 根据省文明办关于实施浙江省小城镇文明行动的决策部署，为助推“两美”建设，我区决定开展以“垃圾不落地、出行讲秩序、办酒不铺张、邻里讲和睦”为主要内容的小城镇文明行动，力争把小城镇建设成为兼具城市功能优势、彰显农村生活情致、城乡居民向往的幸福家园。</span> </p>
<p><span> 启动仪式上，区委宣传部、区市场监管局等单位领导为石梁各村志愿者分队授旗，石梁镇志愿者代表、镇团委书记聂歆芸宣读 《柯城区小城镇文明行动倡议书》，志愿者们还在签名墙上写下了文明行动的庄严承诺。仪式结束后，石梁镇志愿者分头上街派发倡议书、《文明公约》和文明包，柯城综合执法分局和区市场监管局分别开展了乱停车整治和沿街店铺、饭店整治行动。</span> </p>
<p><span> “作为普通的市民，我们要从自身做起，带动身边的人加入柯城区小城镇建设的队伍。作为市场监管人员，我们将依据职责做好城镇食品安全及市场监管工作，同时倡导经营户积极参与文明创建，规范城镇经营户经营行为，加强经营户自住规范经营意识。”区市场监管局工作人员周瑜琦表示。</span> </p>
<p><span> 当天，全区其他乡镇同步开展了小城镇文明行动。</span></p>
