<p><span> 笔者从区社保局了解到，由于我区社保参保人数快速增长，申领社保卡人数日益增加，加上补卡换卡量巨大，目前存在部分社保卡无法当场制作完成的情况。为落实省委“最多跑一次”改革要求，区社保局推出社保卡邮寄“绿色通道”便民服务。据了解，社保卡申领人在提交相关常规材料后，可在办理窗口自主选择领取方式，选择邮寄形式领取的，需填写邮政快递社保卡申请单，工作人员在完成社保卡制作后通过邮政快递的方式将社保卡“送货上门”。</span> </p>
<p><span> 社会保障卡“邮寄上门”的方式，是区社保局在提升经办效率、优化服务质量上的又一创举，使社保卡领取从“上门取”变为“送上门”，受到参保人的好评。</span></p></div>
