<p><span> 方庆建一行先后来到府山街道西河沿菜姐垃圾分类便利店、320国道沿线和航埠镇毛村、陈安村、大力桥村及华墅乡园林村，查看垃圾分类兑换超市运营情况，了解各村赤膊墙整治进度，并现场督导推进治水剿Ⅴ攻坚战。</span> </p>
<p><span> 方庆建指出，经过两个多月攻坚克难，我区垃圾分类、赤膊墙整治和剿灭Ⅴ类水工作取得了一定成效，一些地方在垃圾分类方面创出了特色，做出了亮点，实现了可持续运营。但是，当前我区赤膊墙整治和治水剿Ⅴ工作还存在底子不清、资金缺口大等难点和问题。各相关部门、乡镇要把这几项工作摆在更加重要的位置，强化举措，突出重点，确保完成阶段和年度目标任务。要建立更完善的村社保洁机制，倒逼群众养成良好的卫生习惯，进一步探索出一条便操作、能复制、可长效的垃圾治理新路子。要分类处置赤膊墙，能粉快粉，应拆尽拆，确保5月底前完成沿路沿线可视范围内的赤膊墙整治。要下定决心，咬定目标，推动治水剿Ⅴ工作向纵深推进，确保治水剿劣治本又长效。各工作牵头部门和相关责任单位既要保质保量完成阶段性工作，又要总结前期各项工作成功经验，在全区面上进行推广。要统筹用好财政资金，为重点工作和重点项目提供资金保障。</span></p></div>
