<p><span> 据了解，该违建位于航埠镇新三村陈村坞自然村，由陈某于2002年建造，四栋房屋面积约3025平方米，一幢为两层住宅，其余三幢为加工厂房。拆除工作得到了业主支持，沟通协调一个星期后，陈某便同意拆除违法建筑。拆违现场，十多名工人一起配合拆除违建屋顶，同时协助业主对屋内物品进行腾空。随后，挖机进场作业，拆除房屋主体建筑。</span> </p>
<p><span> 今年航埠镇将拆除违建约11万平方米，面对艰巨任务，镇村两级干部积极发扬“柯城铁军”精神，主动向违法建筑亮剑。据统计，今年1月至今，航埠镇已拆除违建240余宗，拆除面积近5万平方米。</span></p>
