<p><span> 2016年7月，礼贤街双港路片区改造项目启动后，柯城区从信安、府山、双港、荷花街道抽调精干力量，配合区征迁办全力推进项目地块房屋征收工作。九个多月来，征收干部连续加班加点，大部分时间吃住在一线，确保项目按期推进。截至目前，整个片区仅剩23户未签约，其中私房户19户； 单位房4户，持有房产证30本。片区签约率达到94.1%，已签约的征收房腾空率达到96.4%，片区内现已拆除各类房屋8万余平方米。</span> </p>
<p><span> 经过不懈努力，府山街道征收组日前已率先完成负责区块的征收签约任务。对此，府山街道征收组副组长刘愿深有感触：“礼贤街片区改造提升，府山组分配到的任务是190户。启动签约以来，我们首先摸清被征收户的基本情况，化解被征收户的矛盾，帮助被征收户解决实际困难，比如帮助年龄大的被征收户寻找房源，找搬家公司帮他搬家等。其次，我们始终坚持政策一竿子到底，整个征收过程做到公开、阳光，让百姓放心，不管先签后签，每个人在政策面前都平等对待。另外，直到签约后期，我们都实行跟踪服务，比如被征收户有人买了房子，却不知税票怎么开、房款怎么返还，我们会入户服务到位。在签约工作中，我们把被征收户当成亲戚朋友一样对待，大家已成为彼此的朋友。”</span> </p>
<p><span> 刘愿还向记者介绍了府山街道负责的最后一户签约户———90岁高龄的王金法老人：“我们跟王金法老人连续谈了三个晚上，晓之以理、动之以情，老人和他的6个子女最终被打动，选择在协议书上签了字。”</span> </p>
<p><span> 谈及下一步计划，区征迁办副主任江红霞相告：“接下来我们将加强对未签约户的协调商谈，希望他们尽早签约。同时，我们已经启动了司法程序，柯城区政府在4月中旬已作出补偿决定书，发放到未签约户的手上，预计在10月份左右，我们将向法院提出申请依法强制执行。”</span></p>
