<p><span> 徐利水一行先后来到龙威新材料、同创智谷、金沃精工等企业（园区），实地调研膜材料产业园、中小企业孵化园、装备制造园等“园中园”建设推进情况。每到一处，徐利水都深入项目现场或走进企业生产车间，看实情、听介绍、解难题、议发展，并与相关企业负责人面对面交流，征求对“园中园”建设工作的意见建议，共同探讨发展良策。</span> </p>
<p><span> 在衢州龙威新材料股份有限公司生产车间，机器轰鸣，一片忙碌。“今年销售情况怎么样？遇到什么难题？”徐利水向企业负责人详细了解项目建设、企业生产和运营等情况，鼓励企业抓住发展机遇，主动对接资本市场，引进高端人才，延伸产业链，做强做大膜材料产业，加快推进膜材料产业园建设。在航埠工业功能区，徐利水仔细察看园区企业分布图，听取工作汇报，详细了解园区建设情况。他叮嘱园区干部，要加快低效利用地块和闲置土地收储、盘活，下决心淘汰“低小散”企业，依托金沃精工龙头企业，有针对性地引进和培植一批汽配等装配制造上下游产业链配套项目，形成产业集群。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水强调，推进“园中园”建设是实施“两创强区”战略，推进“腾笼换鸟”，推动企业和园区转型升级，实现产业集群发展的重要途径。要进一步优化产业空间布局，引进培育一批功能性新材料、高端装备制造等行业龙头企业和上下游企业，以龙头企业带动产业集聚发展，实现土地、人才、资本等要素集约利用，推动园区和企业转型升级。要进一步明确产业定位布局，柯城东港工业园和航埠工业功能区两大工业平台要注重有机结合、协调发展，统筹产业布局规划，明确各园区主导产业，全力推进“园中园”建设，提升园区综合竞争力，着力打造现代产业园区。</span></p>
