<p><span> 今年4月，华墅乡结合垃圾分类网格化管理等制度，在全乡10个行政村建立“垃圾分类兑换超市”，将农村中容易乱丢的烟头、塑料袋和一次性塑料茶杯等垃圾纳入兑换范围，并统一兑换标准、统一服装、统一登记，得到了村民的积极响应，垃圾分类收效明显。近日，本报对华墅乡垃圾分类兑换工作的做法成效进行重点报道后，区委书记徐利水予以批示肯定，要求各地借鉴提升推广华墅垃圾分类兑换的经验。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐登富对华墅乡及前一阶段各地垃圾分类工作亮点给予充分肯定。他说，“垃圾分类再出发”活动开展以来，各乡镇（街道）把垃圾分类兑换超市建到了村和社区，探索出了华墅乡消灭烟头等垃圾的兑换经验、府山街道可用APP预约回收垃圾的“菜姐便利店”、衢化街道厨余垃圾干湿分离等几种可复制的做法，初步建立了纵向到底的责任链条。</span> </p>

<p><span> 本报讯（通讯员 陈岚）5月10日上午，信安街道人大工委组织辖区新一届人大代表、街道班子成员与区级特派员一同巡查辖区V类水情况。</span> </p>
<p><span> 代表们依次来到斗潭湖、北门溪、机场河、沙湾村及信安村，分别对河道和小微水体进行巡查，并现场就河道水质、河面保洁、河岸垃圾等与街村干部交流讨论，提出意见和建议。在随后召开的座谈会上，代表们为信安剿V工作出谋划策，并分别签订《信安街道代表小组人大代表认领防V类水责任书》，认领督查地段，建立“一塘一湖一代表”监督联系制度。</span> </p>
<p><span> 下一步，该街道人大工委将按照主题活动实施方案，坚持集中与分散相结合原则，做到月月活动有重点，组织人大代表采取多种形式参与剿灭V 类水专项行动。</span></p>
