<p><span> 徐利水指出，省委书记车俊在湖州安吉调研时，强调“八八战略”是引领浙江发展的总纲领，是推进浙江各项工作的总方略，要坚定不移地沿着“八八战略”指引的路子走下去。全区上下要把深入学习车俊书记讲话精神作为讲政治的具体行动，坚定不移地沿着“八八战略”和绿水青山就是金山银山的绿色发展路子走下去，坚定不移地践行“两山”“两鸟”重要思想，进一步彰显生态优势，推动富民强区。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水强调，要深入学习市“两会”报告精神，拥抱“衢时代”，展现大作为。市“两会”是在全市上下深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神，认真贯彻落实十八届六中全会、省委十三届十次全会和衢州市第七次党代会精神，高水平全面建成小康社会进入决胜阶段的新形势下召开的重要会议，市“两会”报告与市第七次党代会报告一脉相承，提出的发展蓝图令人振奋，必将对衢州未来几年发展产生深远影响。我们要学深悟透市“两会”精神，放大发展格局，提高目标站位，展现主城担当，在事关柯城长远发展的大事、要事上树立大目标，扛起大担当，展现大作为。要坚持“实干兴区、落实为王”，扎扎实实做好自身岗位工作。各级各部门要保持强大攻坚势头，不折不扣地干成粉墙、拆违、剿劣、垃圾分类等“六件事”。要深入实施“两创强区、两美富民”战略，以构建产业链、产业集群的思路，抓产业、抓项目、抓招商、抓税收、抓“园中园”建设，培育产业集群。要深入落实“最多跑一次”改革，深刻理解“最多讲一次”要求，换位思考、不讲条件、只讲办法，各级各部门要学用、善用、乐用“钉钉”，切实提升政府运行效能，营造高效便民快捷的发展环境。</span></p>
