<p><span> 据了解，今年利用异地退管系统开展养老保险协助认证时间至8月底结束，异地协助认证工作实现了全国覆盖，区社保局经过前期准备和调试，截至4月底，已按要求上传全部异地居住人员信息。</span> </p>
<p><span> 区社保局工作人员介绍，自2016年起，人力资源社会保障部正式启用异地居住人员人脸识别自助认证系统，退休人员除前往社会保险经办机构进行认证外，也可以登录人社部门网站（http/zzrz.mohrss.gov.cn），通过人社部异地自助认证平台或扫描二维码下载手机APP进行自助认证。工作人员提醒，为避免影响待遇的按时足额发放，请有关人员及时办理认证手续，对未及时认证的退休人员，根据劳社厅发﹝2001﹞8号文件第七条规定，将于今年10月起暂停支付其相关社会保险待遇，后经确认仍具有领取社会保险待遇资格的，从停发之月起补发并恢复社会保险待遇。</span></p>
