<p><span> 为助力区人社局“最多跑一次”改革，确保改革落到实处，驻区人社局纪检组将“最多跑一次”改革列为2017年重点立项监督项目，监督内容包括：督查区人社局是否按照相关规定公布“最多跑一次”事项且达到规定比例；督查“最多跑一次”事项办理过程中，各相关科室、下属单位及办理人员是否按照职责规定办理，是否按照上级要求落实到位，是否按照法律法规和制度执行，有无存在“吃拿卡要”、贪污受贿、徇私枉法、失职渎职，是否真正实现最多跑一次。监督方式上，在做好内部监督的基础上，通过设立意见举报箱和公布举报投诉电话等方式接受群众监督；在做好日常检查的基础上，开展不定期的体验式检查和台账检查。截至目前，区人社局前两批已公布“最多跑一次”事项23项，第三批拟公布事项91项，公布一个多月来，涉及“最多跑一次”事项共办理900余项，均实现“最多跑一次”及零投诉，深受办事群众好评。</span></p>
