<p><span> 据了解，正泰新能源衢州160MW光伏生态公园项目总投资约16亿元，规划利用九华乡至万田乡之间的低丘缓坡修建光伏电站，并依托当地旅游资源建设集农业采摘、运动体验、休闲度假、科教娱乐等功能于一体的近郊运动休闲乐园。目前，项目土地流转、清表等相关工作正在加快推进。其中九华乡塔石岭村、万田乡三和村碓塘底自然村已完成土地清表。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水一行先后来到九华乡上彭川村政策处理地块、下彭川村土地清表现场和塔石岭村项目建设（变电站）现场，实地考察相关工作推进情况，了解土地流转涉及农户的想法，叮嘱村干部做好农户思想工作，宣传项目建设给村庄发展及村民增收带来的好处。在塔石岭村项目指挥部，徐利水还与相关乡村、部门及项目负责人进行座谈交流，详细了解项目政策处理、建设进度以及推进过程中遇到的困难问题，并现场协调解决。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水对近段时间的政策处理工作给予肯定，并就进一步加快进度提出要求。他强调，光伏发电是国家大力提倡的安全、绿色、环保的清洁能源，正泰光伏生态公园项目投资大、综合效益高，有利于推动当地旅游及农户增收工作。相关乡村要加大力度，乘胜推进，抓紧做通未签约农户的思想工作，确保5月底前完成土地交付，同时，要根据地形地貌和村庄情况做好下步扩面工作。正泰公司要加强工程队力量，做好无缝对接，同步推进土地清表和施工建设。发改、规划、国土、电力等相关部门要主动服务，倒排时间，抓紧做好相关审批工作，确保项目如期并网发电。</span></p>
