<p><span> 村规民约将河道保洁、村庄卫生也纳入网格化管理。据介绍，欣源村把全村划分为三个区块，每一个区块由一名村干部认领，由网格内的党员共同负责，再由老人、妇女组成监督组，不定期进行抽查，将治水工作落实到每个村民的具体行动中。</span> </p>
<p><span> “将清扫垃圾、河道保洁等内容写进村规民约后，村庄环境有了很大改变。”欣源村党支部负责人徐三古说，该村每月对治水情况进行考核，设立治水光荣榜，如果村民有乱倒垃圾等违反村规民约的行为，要进行扣分并在村务公开栏张榜公示，这在很大程度上提高了村民的环保意识。</span></p>
