<p><span> 在信安街道信安村，记者看到十几支施工队同时开工，对村里的“赤膊墙”进行集中整治，有的正在搭架子，有的已经进入最后的粉刷阶段。据了解，信安村前期共摸排出“赤膊墙”34栋，3月底，村党支部换届工作完成后，新一届村级党组织发挥战斗堡垒作用，带领村民迅速开展“赤膊墙”整治，仅半个月不到的时间，就完成了近四分之三农户的签约工作，粉刷工作也在同步推进。对此，村民们不禁竖起了大拇指。村民叶绍坤相告：“村里的‘红墙’太不好看了，粉刷一下，一是样子好看，二是墙也会牢一点。”</span> </p>
<p><span> “赤膊墙”整治是全区美丽“六件事”之一，自今年3月以来，我区便以时不我待的紧迫感在全区范围内展开农村“赤膊墙”歼灭战。根据部署，柯城境内高铁高速、国省道、县乡公路、石梁溪、庙源溪等沿线及美丽乡村精品村、历史文化村落重点村、各村村口及主干道可视范围内的“赤膊墙”原则上要在5月底前完成整治，其他区域要在10月底前完成整治。为形成工作合力，加快整治进度，我区还建立了区领导和部门“一把手”包村责任制，以点带面推动全区“赤膊墙”整治集中攻坚行动，取得了明显成效。据统计，区领导“赤膊墙”整治工作包村任务数为806栋，截至4月24日，已完成粉刷400栋，完成率为49.63%，已搭架（含正在粉刷）185栋。区级部门（单位）“赤膊墙”整治工作包村任务数为548栋，已完成粉刷176栋，完成率为32.12%，已搭架（含正在粉刷）121栋。</span></p>
