<p><span> 据了解，朱胜萱是上海世博园区景观工程总顾问，多年来致力于乡村休闲产业、城乡关系、乡镇开发模式的研究和实践，创造了以“天空农场”为品牌代表的都市农业休闲新方式，推动以“清境休闲”为品牌的一系列乡村改造计划，今年中央一号文件首提的“田园综合体”也是由他率先实践的。他创办的乡伴文旅是集投资开发、规划建设、运营管理于一体的乡村开发公司，目前在江苏的昆山、周庄、南京、苏州，浙江的宁波、丽水以及云南等地有数十个乡村文旅综合开发项目，带动了几十亿元的投资。</span> </p>
<p><span> 朱胜萱以《乡建创新实践与可能性探索》为题，从他在杭州莫干山设计的第一座民宿“清境·原舍”讲起，引出自己对复兴乡村、回归田园的思考。从莫干山的“民宿圈”到无锡的田园东方等项目，朱胜萱娓娓道来，详细讲解了其推动乡村民宿发展到探索利用田园综合体发展村落的实践经历，分享了他对乡村社会再造、乡村文化复兴、乡村环境保护的探索经验。昆山的砖窑主题民宿、宁波的玻璃屋民宿、融入自然教育课堂的亲子民宿，以及由他设计的创意文化产品、培育的“田园生活分享者”、整合的“乡派”全案会员管理系统等先进做法让大家眼前一亮。</span></p>
