<p><span> 柯城下辖15个乡镇（街道），共有171个行政村和40个社区，其中社区数量占全市近一半。为高质量抓好本次村社换届工作，今年1月，我区在七里乡进行试点，为全区面上铺开积累经验。3月中旬全面启动换届工作后，短短两个星期左右，全区171个行政村党组织换届工作就圆满结束，实现了过程顺利、结果圆满、风清气正。目前，我区村（居）委会的换届工作正在有条不紊地推进中，预计到4月底前全面完成村委会选举，力争在5月上旬全面完成村社换届工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> 当天上午，督导组一行先后来到信安街道紫荆社区、姜家山乡锦西村、沟溪乡余东村和石梁镇坎底村，通过听汇报、查看台账资料等方式，实地督导各地村社换届工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> 当天下午，督导组听取了我区村社换届情况汇报，并充分肯定了我区村社换届工作。督导组指出，柯城区村社换届风清气正，总体呈现了平稳、健康、有序的态势，主要表现在：领导重视亲自抓，一把手、各级党员干部带头垂范； 层层分工精细抓，各项任务落实到点分类推进；顶真问责严格抓，劝退了一批不合格的候选人； 紧扣中心务实抓，紧紧围绕省委省政府中心工作抓换届； 程序严密依规抓，严格执行换届有关程序；接通地气创新抓，创造了许多好的经验做法。</span> </p>
<p><span> 督导组强调，柯城要继续严把政治关，把加强党的领导、充分发扬民主、严格依法办事更好地统一起来，把党的领导与依法选举贯穿村社换届全过程，同时进一步完善选举办法，改进选举方式，确保选举程序合法、选举过程公开、选举结果有效。要严把选人关，把组织靠得住、群众信得过、重任扛得起的优秀干部更多地选拔上来，按照“四过硬、六不宜”的标准配优配强班子，在剿灭劣V类水等中心工作中考验干部。要严把纪律关，把风清气正的换届生态更浓地营造出来，聚焦选风选纪，进一步把纪律和规矩挺起来，严格执行“九严禁、十不准”制度，严格防范、严肃查处拉票、贿选等案件。要严把质量关，把按时完成换届工作与确保换届质量更好地统筹起来，在换届工作中创出柯城经验、做出衢州示范。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水表示，柯城将按照督导组“把好四个关”的要求，加强村社换届宣传，严肃查处换届中的违法违纪现象，真正把组织靠得住、群众信得过、重任扛得起的优秀干部更多地选拔上来。</span></p>
