<p><span> 据了解，基层武装工作规范化建设是抓好基层建设的一项基础性工作，也是推进武装工作全面发展的重要抓手。近年来，我区认真贯彻落实省军区、军分区关于基层武装工作规范化建设有关指示精神，围绕“七项制度”“八个规范”抓实“四个基本”，在区本级，乡镇（街道）、企业武装部、基干民兵（营）连部及行政村（社区）民兵连部三个层面狠抓规范化建设，基础设施不断完善，干部职工队伍、专武干部队伍和民兵队伍政治坚定、作风优良。</span> </p>
<p><span> 在双港街道办公大楼，周少锋、陈妙华一行先后参观了街道人武部办公室、资料室、物资器材库“两室一库”和兵役登记站、民兵阅览室等配套场所。在街道办事大厅，除了提供一般的便民服务项目，还集成了兵役登记功能，现场设有兵役登记站，并配备专用电脑供适龄青年或家长直接上网查询和现场核验兵役登记情况。周少锋对此表示肯定，并叮嘱各地根据实际配置武装工作设施设备，最大限度地利用有限的办公资源。</span> </p>
<p><span> 来到双港街道皂角村，周少锋、陈妙华一行参观了村民兵连部、装备器材室和青年民兵之家、兵役登记站，并认真听取民兵连长汇报相关情况，详细了解该村民兵连规范化建设成果。周少锋对该村民兵连部办公室与装备器材室合建共用、结合文化礼堂设青年民兵之家方便青年民兵开展各类活动等做法表示肯定。他强调，基层民兵队伍对经济社会发展作出了重要贡献，各地要加大对民兵的关心关爱，加强基层民兵队伍的培养和建设。</span></p>
