<p><span> 今年年初以来，我区紧紧围绕“决不把污泥浊水带入全面小康”的目标，深入贯彻省委、省政府关于“五水共治”的战略部署，自我加压，要求全区域剿灭劣Ⅴ类水的同时，将消灭Ⅴ类水体也纳入作战范围，提出了全域剿灭V类水的目标。截至4月7日，全区已完成Ⅴ类水问题整改372个，完成任务总数的66.9％，其中整治池塘116个、沟渠小溪流247条、山塘水库7个、内河排渠2条，还有56个问题正在整治中。</span> </p>
<p><span> 调研组一行先后来到石梁镇派溪头村、中央方村，航埠镇陈安村、上万村、墩头村等地，实地调研山塘沟渠等小微水体剿劣工作开展情况，采样检测水质透明度、PH值、CODMn等指标，详细了解治水举措、存在问题和困难，并围绕剿灭劣V类小微水体的考核验收标准、困难问题和相关对策等与基层河塘长、一线治水干部进行深入交流。</span> </p>
<p><span> “剿灭劣 V 类小微水体，要分门别类地采取相应办法。”王以淼指出，要进一步细化排摸剿灭劣 V 类小微水体清单，找准劣V类水的症结所在,对症下药、精准施策，做好山塘疏浚清淤、截污纳管等工作。要完善村规民约，规范村民生活习惯，避免生活污水直排。要建立和完善长效管控机制，推动农村环境转型升级，确保全面打赢劣V类水剿灭战。</span></p>
