<p><span> 会上，“大干三个月、干成六件事”联系领导就分管工作作具体部署。15个乡镇（街道）主要负责人重点围绕剿灭V 类水、赤膊墙整治、种树、拆违、垃圾分类、大荫山森林穿越项目开业等六件事，汇报工作推进情况、下步工作安排以及需要协调解决的问题。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水对“大干三个月、干成六件事”前期工作推进情况给予肯定，并分析存在问题，提出下步工作要求。他说，“大干三个月 干成六件事”集中攻坚行动启动一个多月来，整体推进有力有序，工作开局良好，其中“一村万树”一炮打响，剿灭 V 类水进度较快，赤膊墙整治全面展开，大荫山森林穿越项目进展顺利，拆违治乱点状推进，垃圾分类有声有色。但是，工作推进过程中还存在赤膊墙整治总体进度不理想、重点区域拆违力度不够、乡村干部攻坚碰硬劲头不足等问题。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水指出，要提高站位，提升品位，从“两美”柯城建设，创一流、创标杆、创首善的高度认识并干好六件事，既要“补课”又要提升，既要破旧又要立新，既要拆违又要造风景，特别是沿路沿线赤膊墙粉刷工作要高标准、严要求，防止重复投入，提升环境品位。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水强调，要持续发力，干就干好，一鼓作气干成六件事。要三点齐抓，发力重点、攻坚难点、打造亮点。以剿灭V类水和整治赤膊墙为重点，确保摸清底数、截污到位、清淤剿劣，沿路沿线赤膊墙率先消灭； 以对违建零容忍的态度抓好无违建区创建，对“三改一拆”工作进行再动员再部署，攻克拆违难点，形成强大声势，连片推进沿路沿线拆违工作；以“一县一带”“一带一树”“一村万树”为抓手，打造万九线、苦狮线、花木线“绿色项链”。在“一村万树”推进过程中，要突出一村一树，以种植珍稀树、彩色树、种苗为主，以农户为种植主体，注重专业养护，坚持把边角地、废弃地、荒山地、拆违地、庭院地这“五块地”作为种树主阵地，绕着村庄种、绕着房屋种。要三力齐发，用好干部力量、工程力量、民间力量，发动企业主体和社会力量积极参与六件事，形成全民行动。要三措齐做，加强宣传教育、政策引导、强制执法三种举措，强化督查通报和资金保障，合力推进六件事。</span></p>
