<p><span> “渠道里有垃圾，我已经拍照上传了工作微信群！”区人大代表孔令忠拿着手机向笔者展示。“收到！保洁员马上到位！”“渠道长”巫红飞在第一时间回复了孔令忠。才不过5分钟的时间，巫红飞已经与两名保洁员一同赶到了现场。他说：“这条排水渠全长约300米，平时由两名专职保洁员定时清理，由于昨晚下过大雨，所以今天渠道里的枯木杂草较多，我们会加派人手进行清理。”</span> </p>
<p><span> “今天的督查只是我们主题活动中的一项内容。”区人大常委会办公室工作人员陈伟相告，代表们在督查过程中，每发现一处问题就会用手机拍下来，附上拍摄地点发送到工作微信群里，几天下来，群里已经曝光问题30余处。“这些照片先存着，整治后我们还要来拍，将整治前后的照片进行对比，看看到底有没有整治到位。”</span> </p>
<p><span> 据了解，自省市区各级发出剿灭劣V类水“军令状”后，区人大迅速行动，通过开展主题活动，动员和组织全区各级人大代表积极响应、服务大局、主动有为，进一步形成全区治水强大合力。这次主题活动，将以截污纳管、河道、小微水体清理、产业整治、生态修复等四个方面的内容为载体，采取多种形式开展剿劣监督活动，切实推动全区剿灭V 类水工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> “没想到还有这么多问题要解决！”市人大代表、碗东村党支部书记卢宋家告诉笔者，近年来，村里花了大力气整治村容村貌，全区开展剿灭V类水行动后，更是以零容忍的态度在整治，对这次督查中发现的几个问题，村里会马上进行整改，对代表们提的意见建议，也会充分吸收采纳。“接下来，我们要进一步加强日常巡查和农户的宣传教育工作，强化保洁员的责任意识和村民的‘主人翁’意识，确保在4月底前实现全村域消灭 V 类水的目标！”</span></p>
