<p><span> 今年，我区围绕“两创强区、两美富民”战略，全力抓好招商引资“一号工程”，结合柯城特色优势深化研究相关产业，谋划了“衢州光谷”、航埠低碳小镇、航埠镇小城市培育试点、寺桥水库、公路建设等一批项目，并以世界500强、中国500强等大企业为重点招商对象，开展产业招商、驻点招商、精准招商，推动浙商回归、衢商回归、乡贤回归。深厚的文化底蕴、优良的生态环境、便利的交通区位、真诚的招商服务，吸引了一批企业相继到柯城考察对接。</span> </p>
<p><span> 当天上午，浙能集团董事、副总经理、党委委员赵建林带领浙能燃气公司、浙江省水利水电投资集团有限公司、浙能兴源节能科技有限公司等下属企业负责人来我区开展项目对接洽谈。区领导徐利水、叶征宇、何健参加座谈。</span> </p>
<p><span> 据了解，浙能集团是省级能源类国有大型企业，主要从事电源建设、电力热力生产、煤矿投资开发、天然气开发利用、能源服务和金融地产等业务，目前控股、管理185家企业，包括2家A股上市公司。</span> </p>
<p><span> 座谈会上，赵建林一行了解了我区谋划的“衢州光谷”等项目情况，当场明确了下步深化对接的具体负责人。赵建林说，柯城谋划的“衢州光谷”等可再生能源项目契合浙能集团投资方向，双方可以建立沟通机制开展全面对接，同时，柯城可以扩大项目库，增加环保类、PPP类等其他项目内容，争取通过一两个月努力，双方能够敲定一批合作项目，实现合作共赢。区委书记徐利水介绍了我区的发展环境和项目特点，他表示，柯城正在加强产业平台招商，着力增强经济实力，希望双方加强合作，利用浙能集团的能源优势、资本优势和技术管理优势，助推柯城跨越发展。</span> </p>
<p><span> 当天下午，北京建工集团有限责任公司副总经理兰慧宾带领北京建工路桥工程建设有限责任公司、北京建工城市更新投资建设有限公司、北京建工环境修复股份有限公司等集团旗下公司负责人来我区开展项目洽谈。区领导徐利水、叶征宇、何健、毛志宏参加座谈。</span> </p>
<p><span> 据了解，北京建工集团是一家跨 （下转2版）（上接1版） 行业、跨所有制、跨地区、跨国发展的大型企业集团，位列全球250家最大国际工程承包商、中国500强企业、中国工程承包商10强企业，业务涉及工程建设和房地产开发、节能环保等领域。</span> </p>
<p><span> 座谈会上，双方就航埠镇小城市培育试点、柯城“十三五”公路建设等项目进行了对接交流。徐利水对兰慧宾一行的到来表示欢迎，并希望双方今后继续加强沟通交流，进一步深化细化项目合作。兰慧宾一行对我区相关项目表现出了浓厚兴趣，表示将派驻团队人员到柯城进行深入了解，开展后续对接工作。</span></p>
