<p><span> 督查组从医疗质量管理、医院感染管理、医疗机构依法执业三方面入手，采取听取汇报、查阅资料、现场查看、现场提问等方法,重点对消毒供应室、手术室、口腔科、检验科、血透室、实验室等科室，分别从综合管理、消毒隔离、医疗废物处置、实验室生物安全管理、医务人员手卫生等方面进行严格检查。检查中一旦发现有不规范之处，立即进行现场反馈，同时由卫生监督机构依法出具卫生监督意见书，责令医疗机构及时整改落实。</span> </p>
<p><span> 下阶段，区卫生监督所将加强日常监管，推进“双随机”执法检查，规范医疗服务行为，对存在违法行为的机构和人员依法严肃查处。</span></p>
