<p><span> 去年年末，省委省政府对治水工作作出了重要部署，并提出明确目标———到2017年底，全面剿灭劣Ⅴ类水水质断面。为进一步落实“剿劣”工作，近日，省委省政府组织100多支督导组，分赴全省各县（市、区）开展督导工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> 汇报会上，来自省委组织部、省农办、省公安厅、省经信委等部门的督导组成员，分别与航埠镇、石梁镇、姜家山乡、九华乡和七里乡等乡镇的村庄正式结对，接下来，他们将定期来我区开展督导。</span> </p>
<p><span> 督导组指出，剿灭劣Ⅴ类水是省委省政府治水工作的重要部署，也是我省治水促转型的重要抓手，柯城区要高度重视，把剿劣工作作为打造美丽柯城的重要抓手，进一步干好柯城“美丽六件事”。要建立“驻村联乡”工作制，各督导员在指导联系村治水工作的同时，要多到联系村所在乡走一走，摸清底子，及时向区、乡治水部门反映督导中发现的新问题、新情况。要健全督导工作机制，各督导员要每月开展工作交流，每月到村开展工作，并做好工作记录。</span> </p>
<p><span> 区委书记徐利水表示，柯城区将坚持把剿劣工作作为全区上下头等大事来抓，按照美丽乡村示范县创建标准，进一步拉高标杆，自我加压，确保按计划完成剿灭Ⅴ类水工作目标。</span> </p>
<p><span> 据悉，为贯彻落实全省剿灭劣Ⅴ类水工作会议精神和全省剿灭劣 V 类水誓师大会精神，我区迅速行动，提出了大干三个月，全域剿灭V类水目标，根据不同水体不同问题，通过“一点一策”“一河一策”等方式，分类落实Ⅴ类水整治工作。截至3月初，我区共排查出Ⅴ类以下水体556处，目前已经完成整改306处，整改完成率约55%。</span></p>
