<p><span> 会议研究了航埠镇小城市培育试点三年（2017—2019年）行动计划。小城市培育试点是省委、省政府推进新型城市化、加快城乡一体化发展的重要战略举措，航埠镇于2016年年底被列入全省第三批小城市培育试点名单。方庆建指出，航埠镇被列入小城市培育试点是各方多年努力的结果，区里要全力支持小城市培育试点工作，努力将航埠打造成我区经济和小城市发展的主阵地。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会议研究讨论了区政府教学质量奖方案和提高教师待遇的建议，决定设立区政府教学质量奖，并提高我区教师待遇水平。方庆建强调，教育是柯城的一张“金名片”，教育事业是最能体现主城担当的社会事业，也是影响百姓获得感、满意度最重要的民生事业，教师队伍则是提升教育教学水平的关键。当前我区正在创建省教育基本现代化区，大家要统一思想，下定决心，克服压力，创造条件，通过设立教学质量奖激励学校提升教学质量，通过提高教师待遇等多种方式留住优秀教师，为提升柯城教育、稳定教师队伍办好实事。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会议研究讨论了2017年度治危拆违暨“三改一拆”工作行动方案。2017年度我区拆违目标任务为90万平方米，“三改”目标任务为280万平方米，今年年底我区还要力争创成省级“基本无违建区”。方庆建要求，要层层分解任务，落实补助奖励政策，结合“大干三个月”重点道路沿线改造、“一户多宅”整治、违法建筑分类处置加快拆违进度，推进“无违建”创建工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会议研究讨论了2017年农村公路大中修计划。该计划主要对柯城境内县道航河线、双江线、柴河线、苦狮线、花木线、常河线、沟直线、溪黄线、东滨线、石安线等10条线路实施大中修工程。</span> </p>
<p><span> 会议还研究讨论了党政机关办公用房管理办法、棚户区改造融资方案、关于进一步推进政府投资工程建设项目招投标提速提质提效的意见、2017年赤膊墙整治资金补助方案等其他事项。</span></p>
