<p><span> 3月29日一大早，万田乡顺家路边村边的汪村堰大排渠旁已经站满了人。顺家路边村、弈园村和下方村新当选的支委带领党员和村民组成数十人的“治水大军”，在排渠沿线或清理枯枝杂草，或捞起水面垃圾杂物，或清除水渠底下的陈年淤积。</span> </p>
<p><span> “这条排渠连着我们三个村，是村民田地的主要灌溉渠道，马上要进入4月份了，把水渠清理好了，可以方便村民种植农作物。”上方村党支部负责人王春仙相告，经过讨论，新上任的干部决定把剿灭V类水作为第一件事情来抓，一方面响应区委“大干三个月、干成六件事”集中攻坚行动的号召，另一方面也能为村里百姓做实事、好事。</span> </p>
<p><span> 万田乡组织员郦涛相告，3月29日当天，该乡共有16个村近500名党员、村民一起行动剿灭Ⅴ类水，目前全乡前期排查出的35个问题点中，已经有31个完成整治。“接下来，我们将进一步动员各村把 ‘六件事’落实好，为新一届村两委班子工作起好头。”</span> </p>
<p><span> 3月28日是衢化街道辖区7个村居的“村官”上任的第一天，当天下午，他们就带头表率，组织党员村民约140人，冒着春雨整治Ⅴ类水。“这次村级组织换届选举，我们把剿灭Ⅴ类水等重点工作写进选举办法，并和当选村主职干部签订承诺书，以‘军令状’的形式要求他们认真履职，确保干成‘六件事’。”衢化街道干部祝骏相告，该街道前期共排查出Ⅴ类水问题点28个，有20个已经完成整治，其中上祝村、塔坛寺村和普珠园村已经基本完成辖区Ⅴ类水整治。接下来，衢化街道将在部分整治好的地方种植可净化水质的植物，或通过引入活水源等方式，确保长效保洁。</span> </p>
<p><span> 3月28日，双港街道各村新当选的村官们也带领党员村民在山塘水库、河道沟渠边，打捞河道漂浮物，清理沟渠淤泥。在滨港村路旁，新当选的村支部负责人朱全贵笑着说：“我算是老干部新当选，演讲时我就承诺过，如果当选了要为村里办实事、办好事。现在大家都在轰轰烈烈地搞‘两美’建设，整治V类水，我们不能含糊。”据统计，当天双港街道各村共有200多名党员群众参加剿灭V类水行动，清理沟渠、河道共5000多米。</span> </p>
<p><span> 据了解，除了万田乡、衢化街道和双港街道，九华乡、沟溪乡等乡镇（街道）新上任的村党支部委员也组织党员、村民整治辖区小微水体和问题沟渠塘。两三天时间里，全区各地已出动上千人次治水清淤，池塘沟渠等问题水体得到了有效整治。目前，我区共排查上报Ⅴ类水问题点556处，已完成整治300多处。</span></p>
