<p><span> 赤膊墙是影响我区农村环境的一大顽疾，严重制约着全区美丽乡村建设水平。据排查，柯城现有“赤膊房”7600余幢，其中沿线1100余幢。为贯彻落实省委农村工作会议和市第七次党代会精神，进一步优化农村人居环境，柯城将以时不我待的紧迫感在全区范围内全面打响农村赤膊墙歼灭战。根据部署，柯城境内高铁高速、国省道、县乡公路、石梁溪、庙源溪等沿线及美丽乡村精品村、历史文化村落重点村、各村村口及主干道可视范围内的赤膊墙原则上要在5月底前完成整治，其他区域要在10月底前完成整治。为加快推进整治工作，我区建立了区领导和部门“一把手”包村责任制，27名区四套班子领导分别联系沿线46个村752户赤膊墙整治工作，24名部门（单位）主要领导分别联系沿线38个村413户赤膊墙整治工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> 徐利水指出，整治赤膊墙是贯彻市第七次党代会精神的重要举措，也是“大干三个月、干成六件事”中首要的一件事。当前，受各种因素影响，我区花木线、苦狮线、万九线等重要道路沿线的赤膊墙整治工作进度不快、氛围不浓。全区各级各部门一定要讲政治，敢担当，抓落实，以整治赤膊墙的实际行动贯彻落实好市党代会精神。要加大力度，加快速度，实施领导包村责任制，区四套班子领导和主要部门（单位）一把手直接联系包干到村，乡镇联系领导和驻村干部全力配合，主动作为，区乡村三级联动合力消灭赤膊墙。要坚持高质量、高品位，确保一次粉刷到位，防止重复投入，特别是万田沿线、九华集镇、九华乡新宅村、石梁镇沿线等重点区域要按照统一设计方案，又快又好地完成赤膊墙整治任务。</span></p>
