<p><span> 据悉，该处违建由塘公村村民杨某某于2006年建造，为一层砖木结构。2013年至2014年期间，区政府、柯城综合执法分局先后对其发出责令限期拆除通知书和强制拆除决定书，但违建户不理睬、不配合。为保证平稳拆违，石梁镇镇村干部联合执法部门，尽心尽力做思想工作，不间断上门入户动之以情、晓之以理，终于在3月22日晚做通户主思想工作。次日一早，我区便组织人员协助户主腾空房屋，帮其拆运违建内的生活用品和生产设施，并运送至指定地点。</span> </p>
<p><span> 记者在现场看到，该违建为一小型水泥砖厂，紧靠着花木线搭建，厂房外还堆积着部分废料垃圾，停靠着一辆“僵尸车”。而在违建一旁，就是崭新的过镇道路，已经种上了两排漂亮的榉树。上午10点半左右，挖机、粉碎机进场作业，半个小时左右，该处违建被拆除完毕。</span> </p>
<p><span> 据了解，该地块平整后，将用于花木线“榉树大道”建设。接下来，石梁镇将以此次行动为契机，借势、借力拆违，全面整治花木线沿线各类违章建筑，为“两美”建设拆出新空间，拆出新气象。</span></p>
