<p><span> 一是以重点区域为示范，大抓拆违治乱。注重“拆、转、改、创”有机衔接，以项目化拆违、组团式改造、综合性利用的形式，整治房乱建现象，全力做好苦狮线、万九线、花木线和石梁溪、庙源溪等重点沿线沿溪拆违专项整治行动，实现“三线两溪”环境大变样。今年以来，全区已拆除违法建筑308宗、9.61万平方米，拆后土地利用面积0.76万平方米，拆后土 地 利 用 率 为9.80%。</span> </p>
<p><span> 二是以重点项目为抓手，大抓环境整治。根据辖区特点，全面整治“四边”区域的环境脏乱差、乱搭乱建、蓝色屋面和“赤膊墙”等问题。同时，积极配合开展“一村万树”行动，抓住当前绿化最佳季节，加快推进“四边”区域绿化缺失补植、重点项目建设和主干道沿线山林彩化工作。</span> </p>
<p><span> 三是以重点问题为导向，大抓“洁净集镇”。充分发挥“道乱占”及拆改专项工作小组职能作用，整合力量，加大对集镇车辆乱停放、乱堆物、乱摆摊、乱建筑等现象的规范力度，对存在问题及管理基数进行全面排查和系统梳理，列出细化的整治清单，夯实专项治理工作基础。同时，建立乡镇主要领导挂帅的“路长制”，强化责任落实及督导，实现问题层层整改到位。</span></p>
