<p><span> 方庆建一行首先来到万田乡上蒋村、庙源溪鲶鱼湾等地，详细了解“断头路”打通情况，实地查看沿线农村“赤膊墙”整治、违法建设整治、杆线下埋等工作推进情况。方庆建指出，要加快沿线“赤膊墙”粉刷、杆线下埋，以大景区的理念打造景观节点，统筹谋划集散中心建设，打造美丽田园风光带。</span> </p>
<p><span> “目前土地流转情况怎样？”“老百姓反响怎样？”沿着苦狮线，方庆建一行来到九华乡范村村，向随行的乡村干部了解“一带一树”推进情况。在石梁镇过境道路、中央方村等地，方庆建还实地调研了花木线环境整治提升及“一带一树一村万树”等工作推进情况。据了解，根据“两美”建设计划，我区将分别在花木线和苦狮线沿线，以“点线”结合等方式推进“一县一带、一带一树”建设，打造“榉树大道”和“水杉大道”。</span> </p>
<p><span> 调研中，方庆建详细了解了小城镇环境综合整治工作推进情况和存在的问题，并就下步工作提出具体要求。方庆建强调，要下定决心、突出重点，加快方案设计、统一标准，坚持拆改建用并举和分类处置，开展集中攻坚行动，加快沿线违章建筑等拆除工作，全面提升道路沿线环境，为统筹推进“两美”建设奠定坚实基础。</span></p></div>
