<p><span> “一天能处理多少吨？”“化粪池污水怎么处理？”占跃平一行首先来到石梁镇污水处理厂，实地查看污水处理沉池、指标监测、出水口等设施，详细了解污水处理工艺流程、设备监测运行、处理污水水质等情况。据了解，石梁污水处理厂设计规模600吨/天，采用“格栅+调节池+初沉池+A/A/O+MBR+消毒”处理工艺，出水指标执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级 A排放标准，现主要收集石梁镇内自然村的生活污水。“污水处理能力关键在于污水管网的收集率和覆盖率。”占跃平指出，要持续抓好污水处理厂、配套管网等项目建设和运营管理，不断提高污水处理能力。</span> </p>
<p><span> 在石梁镇中央方村，占跃平一行实地查看了村庄池塘清淤及提升改造、农村“双治”工作开展情况。“池塘光清淤还不够，排污口一定要解决。”占跃平要求，要加快截污纳管建设步伐，避免生活污水直接排入池塘。</span> </p>
<p><span> 占跃平一行还来到石梁镇坎底村，实地督查河道治理、农村生活污水治理工作开展情况。坎底村是我区首批启动实施农村生活污水治理工程的村庄之一，一个个污水处理池成为该村“污水处理工程”的重要组成部分，污水处理系统将村里所有的生活污水收集后，经过沉淀、过滤、净化等程序再排出，家门口的清流再也不会蒙尘纳污。督查中，占跃平一行走进农户庭院，现场检查截污纳管情况，并拉开窨井盖，检查污水处理终端排污口水质。占跃平指出，柯城要突出“两溪”流域治污，加快推进截污纳管工程，不让污水流入河道，实现科学治水。</span></p></div>
