<p> <span>方庆建充分肯定了2016年全区国土资源工作取得的成绩。他指出，过去一年，全区国土资源工作围绕中心，服务大局，在土地供给、土地垦造、为民服务等方面有了新进步，各乡镇（街道）、有关部门和国土资源战线广大干部职工积极配合，国土资源各项工作取得了较大成绩。</span> </p>
<p> <span>方庆建深刻分析了当前国土资源工作面临的供需矛盾更加突出、占补平衡压力持续加大、土地节约集约利用程度有待提高等新形势、</span> </p>
<p> <span>新挑战，并对2017年全区国土资源工作提出了新要求。</span> </p>
<p> <span>方庆建强调，要强化保障，加快推动国土资源供给侧结构性改革，明确保障重点，统筹盘活存量，注重节约集约。要守住红线，改进土地开发方式，落实最严格的耕地保护制度，大力推进土地整治工作，加大连片开发力度。要强化服务，保障群众资源权益，扎实开展地质灾害防治工作，加快推进农民集聚点建设，积极稳妥推进农村农民建房的确权、确违工作，加强阳光征迁工作管理。要依法行政，保障资源管理秩序，推进土地执法检查工作，建立执法监察机制。要转变作风、提升能力，努力锻造“国土铁军”，开创全区国土资源工作新局面。</span> </p>
<p> <span>会议还表彰了2016年度国土资源工作先进单位，相关乡镇代表签订了耕地保护责任书。</span></p></div>
