<p> <span>据了解，今年是我区开展驻点招商的第三年。通过前两年驻点招商，我区招商引资工作取得了一定成效，对接、招引、储备了一批项目，锻炼了一支队伍和一批干部。为进一步加强我区招商引资和项目建设，加大一线培养锻炼干部力度，区委区政府决定继续组建专业招商组开展驻点招商。去年12月，我区启动专业招商组人员选派工作，通过单位推荐和个人自荐，先后有60多名干部报名参选。经过认真筛选和集中培训，最终确定17名驻点招商干部。</span> </p>
<p> <span>徐利水指出，深入推进“两创强区、两美富民”战略，必须牢固树立“招商为王”理念，全力抓好招商引资“一号工程”，依靠招商引资引进新项目、新业态、新主体，带动区域发展、富民增收。全区各部门（单位）、各乡镇（街道）要高度重视招商引资工作，确立招商引资是“一号工程”的意识和共识，聚焦“一号工程”开展经济工作，推进平台建设，打造柯城招商“铁军”。要依托东港柯城工业园、航埠工业功能区、余杭“柯城未来村”等平台，深化研究相关产业，在既有产业基础上延伸拓展，做好孵化。</span> </p>
<p> <span>徐利水强调，要瞄准招商重点，以产业招商、实业招商为主，多招制造业企业，多招大商。要盯牢北京、上海、深圳、杭州和巨化等重点区域，结合各区域特点，有针对性地开展招商工作；要盯牢重点产业，围绕新材料产业和高端装备制造业开展产业招商，同时兼顾生物医药等其他新兴产业；要盯牢重点对象，深度挖掘在外浙商、衢商和乡贤资源，招引有实力的重点企业。各驻点招商组要有吃苦耐劳的精神，开动脑筋，创新方法，提升能力，善于借助多方力量和资源做好招商工作，争取“满载而归”。</span> </p>
<p> <span>徐利水要求，人人都要当好招商“后勤部长”，全心全意为招商工作提供保障；人人都要当好招商员，多渠道梳理、汇总招商信息；人人都要当好“店小二”，真心诚意为客商服务。对表现优秀的驻点招商人员，区委区政府要从各方面给予激励、奖励和倾斜支持。</span> </p>
<p> <span>会上，区委常委、组织部长姜海洋宣读了驻点招商组人员名单，并讲解招商干部相关管理和激励政策。区委常委、柯城－余杭山海协作产业园管委会主任曾宏和副区长林静就如何做好招商引资工作作了部署。区招商局局长王晖、北京驻点专业招商组组长王荣胜、双港管委会副主任叶建国分别作表态发言。</span></p>
